University of Texas Basketball

If there is one thing I love almost as much as football season, it is BASKETBALL season.


I grew up a huge University of Kentucky basketball fan (picture little girl in permanent UK cheerleader uniform from mid December-March). Once I started bleeding orange, my love for UK basketball had to share a portion of it's passion with the University of Texas basketball team. One of my favorite parts about living in Austin is the ability to attend UT basketball home games. You can get tickets through the Texas Box Office for as low as $7, so there really is no reason to miss out!


The UT basketball team is having a phenomenal season and is currently ranked #11 after their win against OU on Saturday. They play A&M, who is currently ranked #10, at home Wednesday night at 8pm. I can't wait to cheer on Hamilton, Balbay, Johnson, and the rest of the team in style.
